The organization has established and applies a traceability system that enables the identification of product lots and their relation to batches of raw materials, processing and delivery records. The traceability system identifies incoming raw materials from the immediate suppliers and the initial distribution route of made tea.
Traceability records are maintained for a period of one year for system assessment.
